How it works
Every job on WORKZA follows the same path: post, select, pay with protection, confirm, rate. Here is each side of it.
Customers
From posting to a rated, paid worker.
STEP 1
Describe the work, where it is, when you need it and your budget. Add photos if they help.
STEP 2
Workers apply with a price and a message. Check their profile, completed jobs and reviews, or request a worker directly.
STEP 3
Pick a worker and pay from your wallet, by card or bank transfer. The amount is held, and the fee is shown before you pay.
STEP 4
When the work is done, confirm it to release the payment. Something wrong? Raise a dispute and our team reviews it.
STEP 5
Leave a review so the next customer knows what to expect.
Workers
Your profile, your prices, your wallet.
STEP 1
List your skills, categories, starting price and photos of previous work. Verify your phone and ID to earn a badge.
STEP 2
Browse open jobs by category, area and pay, apply with your price, or accept direct requests from customers.
STEP 3
Once selected you see the customer’s contact details, chat inside the job and start when you arrive.
STEP 4
Mark the job complete. When the customer confirms, the payment less the service fee lands in your wallet.
STEP 5
Send your balance to any Nigerian bank account, protected by your wallet PIN.
Marketplace sellers
The same payment protection, for goods.
STEP 1
Add photos, a price, the condition and your area. Mark it sold whenever you like.
STEP 2
Buyers pay from their wallet or by card, or arrange cash on delivery.
STEP 3
Update the order as you process, ship and deliver it so the buyer can follow along.
STEP 4
When the buyer confirms receipt, the payment less the commission is credited to your wallet.
